Payments are handled through PayPal using invoice system. After payment you will receive your product in 24 hours. If you haven't received in 24hours, contact us here.
If you are not satisfied with the product you may apply for full refund and product revoke from the server.
SkyGen VIP and similar subscription like products can be refunded 3 days after order has been processed. For example you received your product on July 2, you have time until July 5 (including 5 July) to decide if you want to refund.
There isn't refund system but you can contact us here for refund options.
